mmmm....yes, ubu... One movie they don't have, though there are 2 by Dziga Vertov, is his, imho, best - "the man with the movie camera".
A real meta-movie, where he uses just about every imaginable special effect of that time. Most of it is based on documentary material, including lots of shots of people sleeping in public and daring camerawork on motorcycles. Very nice.

Since it's from 1929 I can't imagine anybody owns the rights, so I guess it's ok to refer to the pirate bay yarrr where it can be found and downloaded with a bittorrent client.

If you don't wan't possibly illegal filth like this on your forum Suzanne I apologize.

These films (some of which were meant to be screened as continuous loops) were shown as part of the events and happenings of the New York avant-garde. Made by the artists listed above, they celebrate the ephemeral humor of the Fluxus movement.Films by Nam June Paik, Dick Higgins, George Maciunas, Chieko Shiomi, John Cavanaugh, James Riddle, Yoko Ono, George Brecht, Robert Watts, Pieter Vanderbiek, Joe Jones, Eric Anderson, Jeff Perkins, Wolf Vostell, Albert Fine, George Landow, Paul Sharits, John Cale, Peter Kennedy, Mike Parr, Ben Vautier."
