Today we would like to announce the launch of a new subscription only
experimental CD series by Einstuerzende Neubauten, called Musterhaus.
It is completely independent from the supporter project, has its own
website (
http://musterhaus.neubauten.org ), its own signup and
membership process, and is not designed to replace with Phase II (or
future Phase III) of this supporter project. The reason for
Musterhaus is to give the band a side line of releases for their more
experimental and boundary-stretching impulses that do not fit well
into the more normal song/album format. For example, the first CD of
the series, Anarchitektur, is a single 40 minute track with very
limited vocals. The plan is to make 8 of these CDs within 2 years,
releasing them once every 3 months only to subscribers.
