Octopuses get erectionsOctopuses can get erections, US researchers have discovered. They are the first soft-bodied animal found to have erectile tissue. The inflatable organ, called the ligula, lies at the tip of a male octopus' mating arm. When it's not aroused, the two-spot octopus (Octopus bimaculatus) "has an exceptionally tiny ligula that's very hard to see", says Janet Voight of the University of Chicago. that is a goooorgeous octopus...mr. teraoka should be my husband (well, one of them) I wish camille rose garcia would put out a book or something. I love her paintings so much, they're like stills from an alternate-universe fleischer cartoon...only twisted-er. & with more octopi. (I guess I could always spring for those postcard suites - & blab 14 - once I have sufficient cash moneys) random mollusca cuteness attack! marcel dzamaI should really be asleep by now...

(I guess I could always spring for those postcard suites - & blab 14 - once I have sufficient cash moneys) Errmm... this limited postcard set broke my heart (and my credit card limit) yesterday... Christ, I'd sell my liver to support my artbook and graphic novel penchant. And now for some totally unsexy robotic tentacle action: (c) APAK STUDIO, who updated their website today! Hurrah! P.S. How on this cocaine-drenched tentacled earth could I forget about JJJ??...
