Marilyn Manson, who's getting ready to marry burlesque queen Dita Von Teese, is about to take another kind of plunge — down the rabbit hole. He's co-starring in an upcoming re-imagining of "Alice in Wonderland" called "Living in Neon Dreams." MGM was originally aboard to distribute, but the film has been retooled as a smaller, indie film, and so far Daryl Hannah, Nia Vardalos, Alan Cumming and Jonathan Pryce are also aboard. In an inspired casting move, Manson will play the Queen of Hearts. Shooting is slated to begin this month in Cape Town, South Africa. ... rest: mtv.com article. Do you get the vision?  |

Oddly enough I was at an event with the ex-Python Terry Jones the other day. He has also been asked to direct a new version of Alice in Wonderland although I'm guessing its a seperate project to the Manson one. He hasn't agreed to do the film yet but he did say that Alice would be driven by the music featured in the movie. Music written by Garth Brooks...

obviously depp is the right choice, i need to get another film with him in.
i have fear and loathing but he doesnt look hot enough in that.

i have fear and loathing but he doesnt look hot enough in that. Well I think he's always hot (though I agree with you on that film), but I'm quite fond of him in The Ninth Gate. And Dead Man. Ok ok, and as a camp pirate too  |
