Yes, I'm totally aware that I'm going to open a can of worms here and that the dead should better be left rotting, but maybe, just maybe, something good survived the witch house hype... okay, most probably not, but some of these guys have produced sounds I can still listen to without wanting to drop a nuke on Shoreditch:

- White Ring
- ✝NO+VIRGIN✝
- oOoOO
- †‡†
- Balam Acab
- Holy Other
- Ayshay

Thoughts/inverted triangles/death threats?!

I have a feeling that although I am very divided about them, S4lem might come back to surprise everyone once they've ditched the K.

Dream Boat, ✝ DE△D VIRGIN ✝, ▼□■□■□■, Modern Witch, Vortex Rikers, WIK▲N and High Park have done some decent stuff too and 19-year-old LAKE R▲DIO is surprisingly versatile.

King Dude is the weirdest of the bunch and it's going to be interesting to see what he comes up with in the future as he actually sounds more neo-folky than witch-housey.
